Very fast EU shipping: 4 workdays, even in christmas time. The product is really sturdy, massive, even stronger than my current desktop. Got it with 2 usb3 cables, they are good quality, and just a simple usb3 male-to-female cables. Correct slots for these cables in the mount. You should brake out the small plastic cover to install the cables. Strong, reliable monitor arm. I'll post update later
