Got this and it is very good. However my other product that I got was not working. It was not packaged /bubble wrapped. Having a hard time replacing it.

Item arrived defective! Light doesn’t turn on or work. Great disappointment! Contacted seller ASAP open dispute. Seller won’t send a return label shipping item at buyer’s cost! And seller gives only couple days to return item. Finally no refund! Paid 60$ and no refund because time out on the limited time to return. Seller doesn’t respond on a timely manner to make it for seller to return item!!! Terrible
Terrible! Item arrived defective! Not functioning. Sent pictures to seller got in touch ASAP. No refund. Great disappointment! Paid almost $60
