I set up accordingly but it seem is not working. the offline control is not working. pls advise what I shld do

Very fast delivering, but one step-motor is inoperative (Z axis), and the X-axis is moving backward ! Also, for next buyers : follow the youtube assembling procedure (QRcode in page 1 of manual) instead of the paper-manual itself, which is inaccurate sometimes.
