Very well packaged and arrived in 3 days. It took less then 2 hours to assemble and square it up. On one of the bakelite element the holes were a bit tight but that was an easy fix. The included manual and instruction video on the usb drive (4 GB) are easy to follow. All tools needed for the assembly are included and also a few spare screws. The ER11 collet is installed with set screws so no need to hammer it on the motor. The laser module also works perfectly. All software are included on the usb drive to get you started. The serial connection with the PC sometimes gets disconnected during a job (that might be an issue with my PC) but with the offline controller it worked perfectly.
