The customer service is kind but did not deliver what they promised (transparent color cable), and the product arrived one month late. Also, the quality is unfortunately poor for this price. There are many black marks inside the glass which are visible also when the lamp is turned on, and that make it look very cheap. But it is still more than 100€ so I would have expected better. I will add pictures to show what I mean. The customer service said they cannot send me a replacement because it is too expensive. Still, I asked them to sell me two other ones at a discount price if they could make sure that the quality would be better. But they said I have to wait next year. So, waiting for it I share my experience here.
The finish of the lamp was not according to the picture. You could see lines where it had been put together which were not evident in the product photos. Since I ordered the smallest this became quite prominent so I didn't use them.
