First of all I have waited two months for the seller to send the order but thats ok due to the covid 19. After I received the order I saw that its not as described so I contacted the seller to send me another one. He said that he cannot send but if I want he can refund the money. After I agreed for a refund the seller lied to me that the system is down and to contact him after 10 days. After 10 days I could not open dispute because 15 days have passed since order delivered. So I had to contact ALIEXPRESS for a refund.
