The knife reached me about a month and a half ago, but I decided to give my opinion only when I was sure what quality knife I was dealing with. I was a little afraid buying knife form Aliexpress, because is well known that all damscus knifes, and information in description are almost never true. To be honest, I'm still not sure that this knife is 65 HRC hardened, but I have comparison with knife 61 HRC and 65 HRC hardness of this knife could be true. I did not expect such a good knife, at such a good price, at which I was able to buy it using additional discounts from Aliexpress. After almost two month of using this knife it's still razor sharp. Knife from thisstore is even better and 3 times cheaperthan other one it was have handcrafted by man who is making knifes as his main job. Geometry of blade, hardness, flexibility and really good materials used in this knife make from this knife my favourite kitchen tool.
Is really amazing knife chef , I have many other knife in Damascus steel , but this is really the good one .
