Wanted this to match the 7 inch I had bought previously. A beautiful knife, although I will probably use the 7 inch one more often than this 8 inch knife. It’s a big knife. I see no flaws, although I have not used it yet. It will replace my German steel big Chef knife that I have used for years. It’s a nice enough knife that when I sharpen it I will take the time and effort to jig it and polish it up to 8000 grit. A show off knife for sure.
