the motor that i received was damaged and dit not allow for serial communication. unfortunately the seller also stopped responding after trying to help. i would reccomend looking for a different seller.

The second motor reached me unexpectedly fast and was even better packed.This time the motor showed no abnormal noise over the whole speed range. Unfortunately, however, again there are no NEMA 23 compliant dimensions regarding shaft length and pilot diameter. Perhaps a choice for the customer should be implemented in the offer. But wiith some effort an adaptation is possible. The salesperson should still improve his or her language and communication skills.
