No problem about the products, but problem with the seller. Now I'm quite sure that most of the sellers in this platform simply do not want to understand, or evaluate (or maybe cannot at all) what you have been writing ,trying to explain yourself from thousands of miles away! They only know well to say "hi friend", "dont worry friend", "don't forget to give us 5 star friend". What a pity! The issue; Turkey customs apply additional fixed taxes for each seperate package. The rate is max for China deliveries. So, I tried to set my orders of different products from the same store (even it is USD 2.50 more expensive than other stores (by the way , the product is USD 8,00)). This is only to get rid of that fixed custom charges for each seperate package.. Then what, seller sent them seperately without any notice. Come on! This is not science of atoms. But maybe these brains are.. Shortly product works properly. BUT the ones who try to combine packages, simply DO NOT buy from this store
excellent product, I love the double energy input, USB and battery operated so you can leave your pet without worries. the food can be dosed at 5 gr steps, up to 39 steps, so effectively up to 195 gr of dry croquettes per serving, up to 4 servings. you can record your voice and time the servings across 24 hours. the design is cool if you're into robots, you can twist its head away and fill it with food up to 1.3 kg (3 lbs). the seller is very professional and reactive to emails. first time I ordered it got stuck at customs and was sent back, I notified the seller and he told me not to worry he would've send another one, which he did. it took almost 3 months from the order to arrive, but can't complaint as it wasn't the seller's fault. it also comes with a eu charger and a VERY long usb cable, an unexpected plus that helps in placing the feeder anywhere in the house. recommended.
