Was delivered to Lviv in 3 weeks. Delivery company in Ukraine - Ukrposhta. The product fits the description. I bought a version with Wi-fi, without a camera. Feeder's set up is easy and quick. You can choose the number of portions per feeding (up to 20 portions, 1 portion ~ 5 grams). Container can be filled up with max of 1.5 kilograms of food. In the case of a power outage device will be working fine on batteries (not included in the package)
