Delivery was very fast, and the seller sent the charging cradle with the correct plug. There was no way to choose at the time of purchase, but I asked in the chat and they sent it. The radio is very simple, it doesn't even have a flashlight, which I even liked. I didn't like the torx screws to hold the belt clip, until then, all the radios I bought had philips screws. The voice prompt is also a bit annoying, but the worst thing is the program to change the radio settings. That piece of garbage doesn't even work on Windows 10, I had to install Windows XP on a virtual machine to use it; and even on XP, the program is horrible! My advice is not to buy this radio until they fix that damn program, or the programming can't be done by CHIRP.
