Not shipped or delivered... Wasted two weeks of my time.

Shipping cost greater than zero, so i expected a decent packaging. The package was a baggie, very cheap and not enough, thus board arrived with 3 broken components. I've asked to send another board or component replacement, seller denied. I have to fix by myself in some techstore. Asked repair refund through dispute, got roughly 50% of the cost.
