after i realised there so much soldiering after 30 min ordering product yes 30 minutes no more i tried cancel order, i got reply item already posted after 30 minutes i email date time to prove it, dont buy from this person very bad customer service untrust worthy company, plus item came in just thin plastic bag

It is complete set with spare parts (LEDs, pins), online detailed manual in english. I spent 4 days with it, checked every grid twice. When connecting to base, I had problem to assembly it together and now it does not work for me at all. I give it up for now. It is too complicated model for a beginner like me :-/
