The item is not working properly since l got it. The seller doesn’t seem interested in giving an answer for replacement or refund, very disappointed with the altitude. I went to the post office to have the goods return to the seller but it is very costly. Can l keep the adapter, the seller send another charger at a discount?
I went to the post office this afternoon, was quoted S$26.10 and may subject to custom tax, taking at least three weeks. This is about 50% the cost of the goods. Please help to do something. Thanks!
