Cool charger. The case is shock rezistant as the package came hit hard with the box ripped and no damage taken. It can charge lithium and NiMH batteries in 3 modes: charge discharge and test up to 2000 mah per hour. USB output with 5v 1a. Touch input is very responsive. Thank you!
