FM stations here in Singapore came through very strongly, even without the aerial extended. I was also able to pick up FM broadcasts in Malaysia and Indonesia's Batam island. There are no AM stations in this part of Asia so I was not able to check this out. A search on the Air band did not show up anything either. But this was not unexpected because of the drastic drop in air traffic as a result of covid19. Attaching an external aerial to the telescopic one, I was able to pick up the BBC on shortwave 6.195. Also quite clear. I also got several Chinese language ones.
