I received the product in good condition and immediately used it. So far, I'm loving how smooth my videos are now. My only gripe is that I have to download the app, register my email address, and approve location privacy settings before i can pair it with my phone. Leaves you feeling that your privacy is being breached. i hope future versions dont have this anymore.
