Ordered on 2020.12.25, received on 2021.01.25 in Toronto, Canada. Excellent tracking, right to the door step. Device well packed, offering good protection during transportation, received in good condition without any physical damages. Shipment is considered very fast. Have yet to test the device for operation. Overall, I am very satisfied with the transaction.
Gimbal is as advertised, works great even at temperatures below 0°C (tested at - 12°C (not recommended)) The app is barely usable, max video recording resolution is 1080p @30fps, although phone can do 1080p @60fps and 4k @30fps. Trying to use ANY of the panorama modes results in a crash and Bluetooth connection loss, to reconnect have to close and then open the app. Avoid using slow motion, only because it records video @30fps and the slows down the playback. Time-lapse and motion time-lapse works as advertised, but for the motion time-lapse there should be simpler instructions how to use it. The only other thing that the app is useful is the use of the gimbal shutter button, which is way more convenient than pressing something on screen The zoom dial works as advertised. Tracking info: almost every single detail is described. Shipping time: approx. 3-4 weeks from China to Eastern Europe. No customs fee was applied (this may wary for other countries)
