The item was ordered April 13th and came in on May 01. Delivery time was good. It came in by UPS so there was an extra $33.00 charge just in case you don't want surprises. Nice painted metal, the monitor arm works great. Very solid unit. My only complaint is that the plate was welded on crooked so when I lined it all up and drilled the holes, the metal upright was not straight up. Just make sure you do your own quality control before you mount it.
