This stand can handle a surprising amount of weight. The adjustability of arms is substantial and allows for a variety of working configurations. All joints must be secured firmly, otherwise wobbling of the arms will be quite noticeable. There's an issue with mounting a monitor + laptop combo on this stand. Its structure becomes very unbalanced towards the front side and will require additional stabilization. A heavy object placed on the back of the tempered glass sheet, like an UPS, will suffice. Nothing major, but keep it in mind before buying.
