Dreadful knife had big warp had to heat up get straight the steel has some hammered pattern scale that is very deep into steel and not Damascus I kept sanding back to 1500 grit on grind no pattern showing and then dipped in ferric acid as would all Damascus blades to bring out pattern but nope didn’t it’s not even darkened blade so presumably it’s some sort stainless steel waste money serves me right for not forging own Damascus I forge all
