Best buy for that affordable price. Thanks.
You get what you pay for. Pro': - Cheap - It produces an image but that is about it - ONVIF capable (barely, only 1 profile usable) Cons: - Setup is a pain as there is no web interface . Must run windows for their CMS. to configure it. - Image quality is very poor, especially outdoor. Light changes cause major artifacts in the image - Insecure so only run this behind a firewall. Has cloud connect enabled by default. Make sure you disable it. - No documentation on how to get a snapshot from the 'motion app'. I figured it out but it is a lower resolution. - Most settings in the CMS don't do anything. Change too often and the camera locks up. - IR lights blur the image at night. No way to turn off IR. (unless you disconnect the internal cable) - When automatic day/night switch sensitivity is increased it causes day/night to continuously switch back and forth.
