I've been waiting almost four month, close previous dispute because they told me the goods comes. Another dispute was closed and 0 refund. I KNOW THAT YOUR TRACKING TOLD ME, THAT GOODS IS ALREADY IN MY CITY, BUT I CAN'T PICK IT UP, IF I DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS AND WHEN IT COMES!!!
