Fit almost perfect on my daughters old guitar (screw holes don't line up exactly, but that was accounted for) Plastic parts need some filing for mould lines, tuning screws very stiff. Still, very good for the money, and probably same quality as originally on the (mid-level) guitar. o, and quick.
