It seemed lost, but eventually was found. Great support, seller helps, gives advice and samples and even makes up for losses. Printer itself looks and feels very sturdy, solid and professional, and delivers very good prints..and quite fast too.. My previous was a few years old, but there has been many developments in those years.. Recommended for sure.
