The NT630 took several months to arrive in New Zealand on account of international postage delays which, of course, is not a reflection on the seller. The unit that I received was faulty moments after booting-up. Specifically the screen became pixilated then white. I contacted the seller and uploaded photographic evidence of the faulty machine. Stefan Luo from customer support indicated that the machine was burned out and would have to be replaced. I sent the unit back to their Shenzhen office at a cost of $NZ44 on July 31. Unfortunately it was unregistered post so was untraceable. Registered post would have cost $NZ80. Stefan has apparently not yet received the unit as of today 15 September. I have now paid $NZ244 and have nothing to show for it.
In hindsight I probably should have used an alternative supplier. This is a bit of a cautionary tale; let the buyer beware. I am happy to update this feedback if the machine arrives in Shenzhen and a replacement is arranged. Watch this space.
