The printer comes dissasembled, but I guess I didn't read it's a kit... other than that, looks very complete.
The product manual to assemble the unit is a disaster, you can't realize properly where each part goes, the details for belt assembly are not existent at all, the board and display connect through a set of wires that can be interchanged and reversed, when they have a notch that was purposely removed by the manufacturer, the machine never worked and I asked for support and all I got was "The manual is on the SD card, read it there" I did read the manual, actually it's a collection of screenshots and not a proper manual, there is no documentation on how to connect the display wires properly and the connector is purposely broken by them. After asking for support many times and get no proper answer or help to solve the issue I've filed a claim. DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT IF YOU EXPECT SUPPORT AND QUALITY.
