The stabilizer works well, easy to use. I've received it in just a few days from Germany via Amazon prime shipping. Unfortunately, it was incompatible with my phone. The reasons are: my phone is 9.5mm thick, and it wasn't able to fit in the holder well (too thick); I wasn't able to place the holder right in the middle of the phone because of the location of the cameras and power button, so the gimble was getting overloaded after 1 min of use (the weight of my my device is 225 gram). So, if you have a thick phone and big cameras (as Xiaomi Mi 10 Utra), it just won't fit. But I believe very few phones are like this ))) The communication with the seller was really good, they understood the reason and we agreed I ship the device back, and they make the refund after receiving it.
