The bike arrived in excellent condition, without a scratch (from Poland). Assembling was easy (only pedals), but then I did not know, that the key lock on the battery has 3 positions, so did not know, how to turn the bike on. I contacted the ENGWE service by e-mail, they responded fast and provided the necessary information. Excellent customer service indeed. The quality of making is very good, I am total satisfied with this purchase. Janko
