The problem is there is no instruction manual as to how to install it. A cardboard cutout for the holes, but nothing else. Very frustrating. The written instructions for programming are very bad English and very hard to follow. Someone who is English-speaking needs to redo the instructions, but write instructions for the INSTALLATION! Otherwise the lock is great once it was figured out.
