The design of the track very annoying . The track joint/ splice is poorly designed . The joint has to be perfectly aligned when tightening the back plate, otherwise the motor will stop and jam. The slightest bend on the track (2.5-3.4m) with two joins, can cause the motor to stall and stop/ get stuck at point of bent section. Then you have to reset the motor every time. We didn’t know that the alignment is so critical. The bracket to click the track into can be better designed too. To take off and refit the track is difficult if there’s limited space in the corner or low ceiling. Made my installer a very cranky man , his fingers very painful clicking the track onto the bracket and taking it off is big effort.
Good: The seller was very good with communication to help me choose the size and length. Fast Delivery and ability to precut & preassemble the track. Bad: Unfortunately the 2 tracks I brought was partially damaged by DHl. I tested only one track and not realise my 2nd track was bent. I waited after New year to install , and found the damage ,my order expired. Hard to get refund with the AliExpress when the order is expired , but I spoke with the seller and he agreed for refund. Lots of money and abit of anxiety to pay for 4 tracks that are potentially not good . It all worked out in the end
