Dear seller, it is not the first zemismart curtain rail system that I buy and install. But this product is very bad, I mounted and I caught it in the ceiling but it remains blocked. The elements are not perfect at the connection and the engine cannot pull to the end. I can't even pull them by hand because it doesn't go through the joints. I'm sorry about the situation, but I can't use it. They can accept other joints that can be used. thanks
1 minus point. I ordered extra runners because 8 pieces / meter (ordered 4.2m) was not enough. In the box were 4 bags of 10 pieces / meter, so I didn't need the extra runners. I installed it using a youtube installation video and it went really well. It's not difficult. There were 10 days between ordering and receipt (Belgium -> -Netherlands)
