Product can even be good but does not support the voltage described or what I have for me this problem because in the description dis between 6 to 60 volts DC I plugged in 48 DC Cvolts nor saw it turn on what and worse seller did not give me nor a guarantee I am very dissatisfied do not recommend

i give input 65v at 3A it burned. i wrote sellers but i didnt receive answer. they sad this device work at 65v. what can i do. thank you.
