Works and is easy to operate, but current limiting only works above about 1.6A. So you cannot set current limiting to 0.4A, for example! This is the second one I bought and they both have this problem. So I think this applies to all, or at least more of these devices.

The 3rd one I buy can work as a charger and do cc and cv. Precise and efficient
