Item arrived well packaged and within specified time frame. Seller communicated well and worked with me when I had a concern. The pre-amp does not introduce any hum into my system (beyond what I would expect for this type of device). It sounds quite nice. I've only got a couple of hours of use on it and expect that the sound will warm up as the tubes break in. For now I can say that there's no unwanted or undesirable effect from it.
