Post offices nearly lost it, I got a refund, then it arrived, then I went and paid back the seller (who speaks english well, btw)! BUT IT WAS SO WORTH ALL THE TROUBLE!!! It's taller than me and amazingly well-made (better than my own swedish-brand furniture) and very easy to build. Really top quality! My little monster instantly fell in love with it, went on it while I was still building it. There are nice, very soft pillows for every floor, but in the photo I didn't have time to put them in yet. Do not hesitate buying this, it is indeed as good as it looks in the photos, or better!
