Unfortunately is missing one part of this product, the top of cat’s house. We contacted the supplier (delivery from France) to send the missing part, but they didn’t send it. The product also has marks, because was exposed in the store.

My goods have a missing item. Contacted seller and wanted to send me a replacement part. I've been waiting for 14 days. Still haven't got anything. Should come from France to Germany and it takes 5 days for a package to arrive.
