This doll, was returned 2 times to the seller, the first time I made a request of refund and the refund was made correctly. The seller continue in comunication with me all the time, I apreciated that. Then , because I really wanted this doll, I bought it again. And this time the seller send by another currier company buy again was returned to them. So they send a third time, but they pay by DHL, and finally arrived to me. This doll it so lovely, and the work of the seller is amazing, but need to be more carefully at the packing of the products, couse I recived the doll without a finger and without a nipple. The seller is really considerer and we have a very good comunication, he send me a sillicon hat to the head. I put 5 stars couse I really apreciated all the seller done for the doll finally arrived to my country, but be carefull with the package.
