Nice synthetic hair. BUT you need to wear a hat or something to cover skalp because is way too obvious dat is wig if you don't put anything over. is definitely not for everyday use. Didn't communicate with seller. Wig does loose some hair but nothing dramatic. Arrived in week from France to Nederland
