The sleeve of 4xl have 60 cm. I will made a adptation here and the coat will be ok.
I do not recoomend ordering from this shop. The Jacket has poor quality inadequate to its price. The jacket contained dark taint on the left upper side. Moreover, there are several minor sewing errors. Furthermore, the jacket has missing sewing line it looks like unfinished, Also, the end of the sleeves looks like unfinished the filling is unevenly distributed and the amount of filling is not consistent – one side is thicker and another to thinner, it feels like there is no filling at some places at all. I attached the photos of the end of the sleeve, but it is hard to see it on it, but you can feel it when you touch it. I have also attached the photos showing the sewing problem and photo with stain. Also the comunication with seller was not satisfiing, becouse he consider it as minor problems and it was hard to comunicate with him. I had to open the dispute and thanks to aliexpres I have partial refund.
