I placed my order on the 12th Nov.20, which means it took two whole months to arrive. That's not good! And it was supposed to be a Christmas present, so that was worse. But it gets even worse, as I ordered the XL for my nephew who normally wears Meduim. I followed the ad's suggestion to order 2 numbers above normal in EU, but even so it's too small (he can barely zip up wearing a simple shirt; if he wears a pullover it doesn't fit him). So, just a major disappointment all around! I should just ask for a refund.
