This product is not really worth it. Yes it counts up to a preset number (hold the +button till the count required is reached. if you want 9999 you will need to wait a long time), then it will trigger the onboard relay. It is baffling why the merchant could not provide proper connection & operation instructions. red/black (2 leftmost wires) input power. yellow/white (2 rightmost wires) relay switch (0 ohms between them when relay is triggered, otherwise infinite resistance). yellow/yellow (2 center wires) every time these are shorted together the device registers 1 count. The colours are not as they appear in the merchants' pictures. The (-) button will only change the preset count down till 0, it does not roll over to 9999 which is a pity.
