Shipment insanely fast. 11 since i placed order. Dewice works, but I can't measure more than 8,9V and 1,6A. Connecting to 3 different quick chargers didn't show more than 8,9V. On my phone this tester os recognised as a analog audio device. After connecting to wall charger for 5-6 seconds I coud hear high pitch noise. While connecting to my powerbank this noise didn't appear. For me it's device only for standard 5V/2A chargers, but nothing more. Tester housing have some scratches on case. Link with instructions don't work.
