Well packaged. No apparent damage. The chassis is covered with plastic, which means chassis is not grounded. The resistance from earth to some of the screw holes can be quite high (~30 ohms). I advice customers to have their own separate grounding scheme. And I advice producer/reseller to remove the plastic wrapping of the chassis (before mounting the screws!). Also, some deburring is not great, which let you wonder if some metal flakes would not fall inside one of those days. Fan which is supposed to be controlled automatically is always on, even unloaded.
