it arrived in 3 day's, haven't tested it yet but it seems to be good quality. The box was a bit damaged due to transportation, but the inside is well protected.

One of the fans does not really spin up. It moves shortly and stops, allthough all the other fans in the pc turn normally. Switching the cable with another working fan gives the same result. Seller does not want to refund partly, but offers to send a manual. The fan is connected correctly, just does not work.
