Works great, the fan only have 2 speeds, there's is about 20 effects for lights. The bars must be connected on fan connector, not in led connector. And the rgb connector for mobo must be 5v (3 pin) and not 12v (4 pin).
The PWM it's a lie. Does not include the PWM cable (like the one in the picture) I made my own (very artesanal but test it) PWM cable and it doesn't work either. (Mad face)
