Prior to purchase, I requested by Message to Seller a certain lens height and supplied prescription. Seller indicated correct product webpage [good customer service point] Product bought had 2 mismatches : lens height incorrect (32 not 38mm), and prescription error as confirmed by machine tester in official local shop [very bad production point]. Chat messages with Seller very fast and pleasant [very good customer service point] but they asked I pay additional $18 to send replacement pair, rather than lowet price because I accepted cheaper no-photochromic & no-ADD so they lose $40 because I returned the glasses after they refused my offer to pay additional $15 [very bad accounting choice + irritated customer who respectfully did way more than reasonable].
