I ordered a power supply from this seller and it arrived faulty. I tried to get a replacement arranged with the seller but he wouldn't help at all so I am very disappointed since I thought this shop was quite serious. I was even considering ordering a big supply of power supplies from this seller but after this problem I've changed my mind. I am now awaiting an appeal in the hope of recovering my money since I only got refunded the 50% so far.
Since I lost €23 buying from this seller (Aliexpress only refunded half of the money) I thought I’d email them again to check if they are willing to give a solution on the faulty power supply they’d sent. Unfortunately they didn’t Conclusion. I’ll never buy from this seller again.
