The BT-6688B is a low cost 5kV DC Insulation tester with additional 750V AC Voltmeter. The unit arrived in a timely manner - smooth transaction - 100% perfect condition - well packaged and no additional import charges. I can recommend this seller and this product. Two minor remarks: The test leads can be improved by using double insulated wire and as it is a product which deals with safety hazard the manual could be improved with drawing of basic test setup indicating clearly 3 colors of cable wiring - all by all this is a nice deal and is rewarded 4,5 stars out of 5. 100% recommended seller - good product - fast delivery - WYSIWYG - 100% satisfied
